• Property Data: Property address, unit classification (HDB BTO, Resale, Condominium, Landed), key collection dates, and submitted architectural floor plans.
• Project Scope: Target budgets, design preferences, quotation requests, and progress inspection notes.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Your data is collected and processed exclusively for:

• Preparing personalized 3D spatial proposals and itemized BOQ quotations.
• Filing statutory renovation permits with HDB, BCA, and building MCSTs under our HDB License HB-11-5526Z.
• Establishing CaseTrust escrow deposit protection frameworks.
• Coordinating with licensed subcontractors, tradesmen, and material suppliers for site delivery.

4. Inter-Group Disclosure Policy

Elysian Design Studio is a subsidiary of Conquest Design Group. Relevant operational data may be shared among affiliated companies under Conquest Design Group (namely Conquest Design Group, Reborn Interior, Empyrean Design Studio, ViiLux Atelier, and 2JS Interior) strictly for resource coordination and material fabrication purposes. We do not sell, rent, or lease customer data to third-party telemarketers.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect submitted floor plans and personal records against unauthorized access. Personal data is retained only for as long as required to fulfill statutory obligations (such as building warranty periods and tax audits) or until consent is explicitly withdrawn.
